Dinner, A Movie, and A Few Bedtime Thoughts

Print this Article

Well, it's early on Sunday morning, and I am about to "hit the sack".  Just wanted to type a few words before I did, since I hadn't made any posts in nearly a week.  Here's a little run-down of last night...

K and I decided we'd go to Mobile to eat supper and see a movie.  We ended up going to Panera Bread for a quick meal, since we left a little later than we wanted.  I had already purchased the tickets for the movie through Fandango, so that probably saved us a good 15-20 minutes of waiting in line.  We had a good meal; I got an Italian Combo sandwich with a side of baguette (yes, that's MORE bread) and K got a French Onion Soup in a bread bowl with a side of chips.  She got her usual Sprite, as she cannot drink caffeine due to an allergy, and I got a Honeydew Green Tea.  That was my first time getting that, and it was pretty good.  Then, once finished eating, we went on to Wynnsong theaters.

We walked right up to the ticket window, I handed the counter lady the confirmation sheet for the tickets, we received our tickets, and we went inside the theater lobby.  I believe that was the first time they didn't look at my credit card!

We only had to wait about 20 minutes, and then we were allowed to go back to the cinema where the movie was showing...We actually walked in at the tail of the previous showing!  So, we walked right back out into the hallway.  K actually held the door open for everyone coming out after the movie was over!  Talk about service!

Well, this is the movie she has been wanting to see for quite some time...Mission Impossible:  3.  And boy, was it action-packed!  I haven't been on the edge of my seat like that for a movie in quite a long time!  Tom Cruise played an excellent Ethan Hunt, and Philip Seymour Hoffman, outstanding bad guy!  Trust me, this is one movie you'll definitely want to see in theaters!

After the movie, we went on to Chick-Fil-A for a little dessert...Ice cream!  Then, we drove home...Once there, K started watching TV, and I started working on this website....some more tweaks here and there...Doesn't it look better now??

Well, I guess I need to be going to bed before long...need to get up kind of early!  Just a final thought...What is "The Rabbit's Foot"?  Can't wait to find out!!  Good night, everyone, and try to get some sleep...
